About Benchmarking

Generally, benchmarking analysis is required on account of selection of a particular transfer pricing methodology to justify the arm’s length price as per the respective country’s tax / transfer pricing regulations or OECD Guidelines.

Our team has access to internationally accepted financial databases (S&P Capital IQ, Royalystat) for performing benchmarks in relation to services activities, distribution / trading activities, manufacturing & selling activities, royalty / license fee / intangible transfer related transactions, management fee transactions, loan transactions.

Our Benchmark Analysis Report will be in PDF format with files relating to:

Benchmarking Search Strategy, Accept / Reject Matrix for comparable companies/agreements
Arm’s Length Price Computation
Business Description of Comparable Companies / Description of Agreements
Detailed Qualitative Analysis
Agreement Copies (wherever applicable)

Request a Benchmark

Request one or multiple benchmarks in 3 simple steps:

Fill the Benchmark Request Form. We will review the details and set up an initial call with you to discuss and confirm the benchmarking requirements.
Once agreed, the requestor can sign the agreement and pay a fixed fee of USD 3,500 per benchmark.
We will first provide the draft benchmarking results to the requestor and have a call to discuss the draft results. Once agreed, we will proceed to issue the final report after making any changes that will be agreed on the call.
