About Benchmarking

Generally, benchmarking analysis is required on account of selection of a particular transfer pricing methodology to justify the arm’s length price as per the respective country’s tax / transfer pricing regulations or OECD Guidelines.

Our team has access to internationally accepted financial databases (S&P Capital IQ, Royalystat) for performing benchmarks in relation to services activities, distribution / trading activities, manufacturing & selling activities, royalty / license fee / intangible transfer related transactions, management fee transactions, loan transactions.

Our Benchmark Analysis Report will be in PDF format with files relating to:

  • Benchmarking Search Strategy, Accept / Reject Matrix for comparable companies/agreements
  • Arm’s Length Price Computation
  • Business Description of Comparable Companies / Description of Agreements
  • Detailed Qualitative Analysis
  • Agreement Copies (wherever applicable)
