Have you ever wanted to really make a difference?

Many years ago two CPAs grew tired of the traditional accounting firm. They wanted to spend more time with their clients, and to get to know them at a deeper level. Traditional CPA business models are based on the premise that partners spend relatively little time with their clients and bill for every phone call. That’s the way CPA firms “have always done it.”

Breaking the traditional CPA firm model

So Jim Frazier & David Deeter started a firm where they could do things differently. Things like partners spending more time with their clients and with the firm’s associates. Like returning phone calls quickly and supporting the community, even if it means less hours billed.

Attracting great people

Jim & David set out to hire people who were curious and wanted to get to know their clients at a deeper level. And it worked. People came from the largest accounting firms in the world, the PCAOB, and great colleges. And they continue to do so today, nearly 40 years later.

Frazier & Deeter cultivates a growth mindset and instills in our people the belief that we must be adaptive and entrepreneurial and we make a difference for our clients and each other.
