Rhonda Striplin, CPA

Experience

As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance & Advisory Practice, Rhonda Striplin contributes over 30 years of financial management experience to her clients. Rhonda is a member of the Real Estate and Hospitality Services Groups and has concentrated on the financial analysis, reporting, auditing and data processing for clients in these industries.  

Rhonda assists investors, developers, contractors and financial institutions in the real estate industry with their financial needs, including CAM audits, financial statement audits and project reviews. She uses her prior experience to provide real estate consulting services to interested clients. Her work encompasses all facets of real estate from development to investment to management and includes work with office, warehouse, retail, hotel, golf, resort, residential, multifamily and mixed-use properties.  

Rhonda also specializes in the hospitality industry and works with a variety of hotels, conference centers, resorts, and planned communities. She provides these and other clients with several financial services, including financial analysis, internal control reviews and agreed-upon procedures.  

Before joining the firm, Rhonda served as controller for various real estate companies, including: Lennar Partners, Inc., Bradford & Davis, Laing Properties Inc. and Bay Point Resort & Country Club. In addition, Rhonda served as an auditor for an international accounting firm where she worked with real estate, high tech and banking clients.
