Bo Harmon is a Director in Frazier & Deeter’s PRG Practice and a leading member of the firm’s Risk Advisory & Consulting service line. He focuses on solutions for complex issues faced on fast-paced, interdepartmental projects, with the goal to help his clients’ businesses scale and thrive. Bo’s specialty in business transformation, process optimization and strategic consulting allows him to work with a variety of organizations, from entrepreneurial startups to large global public companies.
Bo often partners with the Assurance & Advisory Practice on special projects given his extensive experience with domestic and multinational public entities, especially in regard to SEC reporting. His business advisory service expertise includes strategic consulting, material weakness remediation, corporate governance, process improvement & optimization, internal audit transformation and public company/transaction readiness. Prior to joining FD, Bo was a Senior Associate with a Big 4 firm, where he served a $24 billion/year international manufacturer.
