Top 50 accounting & advisory firm adds two new partners to its Tax Practice.
Frazier & Deeter (FD), one of the nation’s Top 50 accounting & advisory firms, is pleased to announce that Sheila R. Anderson and Kaumil Shah have been named Partner. Both members of the firm have worked within FD’s Tax Practice for the past two years.

Sheila R. Anderson contributes over 20 years of experience to the firm’s Credits & Incentives Practice. Her expertise includes providing Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credit and consulting services to companies ranging from the mid-size, privately held to the Fortune Global 500, across industries that include manufacturing & distribution, consumer products, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, software and technology and automotive. She has extensive experience supporting R&D Tax Credit studies through IRS exam from audit kick off through resolution. Prior to joining FD, Sheila worked in a Big 4’s National R&D Tax Credit Practice. She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering; Sheila also holds an active CPA license.

Kaumil Shah contributes nearly 15 years of public accounting and advisory experience to the firm. He serves his clients’ tax planning and compliance needs, primarily focusing on high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses and international tax. His experience includes the manufacturing & distribution, professional service, family office and not-for-profit industries. Before joining FD, Kaumil worked as a Senior Tax Manager at a regional firm and practiced law for several years. He graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and from American University as a Juris Doctor. Kaumil also holds an active CPA license.
