    As a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax practice, Kaumil Shah brings in over ten years of public accounting and advisory experience. Kaumil provides his clients with tax planning and compliance needs with a primary focus on high-net worth individuals, closely held businesses and international tax. Kaumil’s experience includes working with clients in the manufacturing & distribution, professional service, family office and not-for-profit industry.

    Prior to joining the firm, Kaumil worked as a senior tax manager at a regional firm, where he reviewed tax returns and provided consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, corporations (both S and C tax classification) and partnerships in various industries. Before entering public accounting, Kaumil practiced law for several years in various areas.
