Workiva a leading provider of enterprise cloud solutions for productivity, accountability and insight into business data, and Frazier & Deeter, a nationally recognized CPA and advisory firm, jointly announced today a strategic partnership to help companies modernize governance, risk and compliance processes.

“Workiva is proud to partner with Frazier & Deeter’s subject-matter expertise and advisory services to complement Wdesk implementation for the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and risk management,” said Matt Rizai, Chairman and CEO of Workiva. “This partnership will help our customers control collaboration, improve financial transparency and mitigate enterprise risk.”

Frazier & Deeter is the first advisory firm to be “Wdesk Partner Certified,” which signifies the firm’s deep knowledge of Wdesk solutions.

“With our experience and knowledge in finance, accounting and audit, we will help companies migrate from outdated, legacy software to leverage the control and accountability features of Wdesk,” said Jason Sammons, a Frazier & Deeter Partner in its Process, Risk & Governance practice. “We are experts in implementing SOX and internal controls and incorporating internal audit into companies’ compliance and reporting processes.”

“We have already seen success when our professional services teams work closely with the Frazier & Deeter teams,” said Rizai. “These on-the-ground implementation teams are helping our customers streamline their processes and gain greater value from their risk management and control initiatives.”

“The capabilities of both companies align exceptionally well,” added Sammons. “We already do business with many of the same customers, so by working together our customers will be able to achieve their project goals faster and better than before.”
