Minard brings extensive human resources expertise to Top 50 accounting & advisory firm
Atlanta, GA – September 29, 2021 – Frazier & Deeter, one of the nation’s Top 50 accounting and advisory firms, announced today that Shawn Minard joined the firm as Chief People Officer.

As Chief People Officer, Minard will be responsible for establishing and delivering human resources strategy and capabilities across the enterprise that align with the firm’s vision and values, and in support of the brand promise of Investing in Relationships to Make a Difference. His role includes talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent retention, compensation structure, benefits, diversity and inclusion, compliance and culture.

Prior to joining the firm, Minard worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). During his tenure, he was responsible for leading all teams responsible for Leadership Development, Talent Management, Onboarding and Talent Acquisition. His team was charged with reinforcing company values, culture and philosophy through the creation of talent programs that were strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision. He designed and managed the company’s enterprise-wide talent management processes including selection, performance management, learning management, leadership development, executive coaching, promotion and succession.
Minard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is certified in Myers Briggs, Whole Brain Thinking, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, STRONG Interest Inventory and Instruction Design. He is a member of ATD and SHRM.
