    In 2015, Kristen Oliver joined Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance and Advisory Services Practice as a Manager. In her role, she is primarily responsible for leading PCAOB audits and large advisory projects.

    Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Kristen was a Manager in Deloitte & Touche’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice where she served both public and private companies in financial statement audits, advisory projects and assessments of internal controls. Kristen has substantial experience within the hospitality industry and has served some of the nation’s largest hospitality organizations.

    In addition to hospitality, her industry experience includes retailing and manufacturing. She has in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, PCAOB auditing standards, external audit, evaluation of internal controls and Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. She is accomplished in effectively communicating both internally and externally in order to strengthen key relationships, lead projects and motivate teams to successfully achieve goals and deadlines.
