Experience

As a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Janice Stout specializes in high-net-worth family groups and is responsible for tax planning for estates and trusts, gift, personal and entity returns. Contributing over 35 years of public accounting experience, Janice is highly knowledgeable in the tax preparation of individuals, corporations and partnerships as well as financial statement preparation.  

Before joining the firm, Janice served as a Tax Manager for a CPA firm in Nashville, Tennessee for two years. She also served as a Partner at a CPA firm in Ada, Oklahoma where she worked for 23 years.
