    As Director of Talent Acquisition at Frazier & Deeter, Helena Aten lends over 15 years of extensive experience to leading new hire and campus recruiting efforts. Helena works with all FD departments in talent acquisition and focuses on tools/systems and people operations.  

    Before joining FD, Helena served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Operations and Pre-boarding at Docebo Inc where she gained specific industry experience with software technology companies, E-Learning, HCM and retail operations. She also has previous experience as Director of Global Talent Acquisition in Operations and Onboarding, Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and Product Development and Engineering Talent Recruiter at Ultimate Software. Before her various roles at Ultimate Software, she was District Manager at Aldi Inc.
