Specializing in talent acquisition, Farah Heikal is responsible for driving Frazier & Deeter’s hiring process by building strong, credible relationships with qualified candidates. Her role within the People & Culture team focuses on developing a diverse talent pipeline and helping lead FD’s recruiting initiatives.
Farah roots her work in community action and advocacy surrounding social inequity issues, leveraging her interest in the corporate climate and a commitment to meaningful engagement. Her passion lies in empowering ambitious professionals as future leaders with mindsets focused on growth. Farah’s work reflects a commitment to making a difference in people’s lives and their communities.
Before joining FD, Farah worked as a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for the direct recruitment of operations roles. In this position, she also supported HR system troubleshooting and managed H-2B seasonal employees.
