Frazier & Deeter’s Diversity and Inclusivity Committee works with team members across all offices and firm service lines to build and sustain an environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. This committee takes a multi-pronged approach to embedding inclusivity into our recruiting, training, processes, social activities and culture at all levels of the firm.
