Frazier & Deeter, LLC announces intent to acquire Nashville–based Work & Greer, P.C.
Nation’s 77th largest accounting firm signals beginning of a national expansion initiative with its entry into the Nashville, Tennessee marketplace.
Frazier & Deeter LLC, one of the largest independent certified public accounting firms in the nation, announced that they have reached an agreement to acquire the Nashville-based CPA firm of Work & Greer, P.C. The addition of Work & Greer represents Frazier & Deeter’s first acquisition outside its Atlanta, Georgia headquarters and signals the firm’s intent to expand into other major metropolitan regions.
