Tim Koch joined Frazier & Deeter as the National Practice Leader of the Transaction Advisory Services group. He brings our clients over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of accounting, finance and transaction advisory services.
Tim is responsible for directing and managing the firm’s transaction advisory engagements, providing advisory services on both the buy-side and sell-side to private equity groups, investment banking firms and corporate strategic clients. His areas of focus include middle market buy side accounting and financial due diligence for private equity groups and strategic corporate buyers, including Quality of Earnings, Quality of Assets, Working Capital Analysis and Key Deal Issues.
Most recently with a top 25 CPA firm, Tim was a lead Transaction Advisory Partner focused on middle market buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients. He has participated in transactions that have had enterprise values ranging from a few million to over one billion dollars. Many of his transactions have involved companies with cross-border operations.
Tim has significant senior executive experience, including being the Chief Financial Officer and executive committee member for a large privately held business. He was also previously recruited to serve as a Senior Financial Officer to assist a large public company reorganizing under U.S. bankruptcy laws. Tim spent the first eight years of his career with Arthur Andersen.
