    As the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Frazier & Deeter, Jeremy’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the financial reporting, budgeting and capacity planning of the firm, as well as working directly with the managing partner to ensure that the operational objectives of the firm’s strategic plan are achieved.

    Over the past four years, Jeremy has headed the due diligence process for the firm’s merger and acquisition strategy, which resulted in the successful mergers of four firms in Atlanta, Nashville, Philadelphia and Tampa.

    In 2013, Jeremy also took on the role as partner in charge of leading FD Fund Administration, a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter that offers outsourced fund administration services including fund accounting, investment reporting, tax administration, vaulation services/analytics and investor relations services.

    Jeremy joined the firm in 1996 as an associate in the Audit and Assurance group and worked in that practice for eight years becoming a Senior Manager before transitioning to his current role.
