Experience

Lance Healy joined Frazier & Deeter in 2016 as a Principal in the Advisory group to lead the firm’s consulting and valuation capabilities in the real asset sector. He is also the Managing Director of FD Real Asset Advisors, LLC, a FINRA-licensed investment banking practice focused on advisory and financing of real asset projects.

With a broad background in the finance and real estate sectors since 1998, Lance holds FINRA licensure as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79), Corporate Securities Representative (Series 62), state licensure (Series 63), is a licensed Real Estate Broker in multiple states and is a state certified Appraiser (Georgia).

Before joining Frazier & Deeter, Lance held the position of Managing Director & Founder at Real Asset Capital, LLC, where he was involved in numerous advisory and project finance assignments across the private infrastructure and real estate assets. Lance also has 10+ years in the commercial real estate industry, where he held the positions of Associate Broker and Director.
