As the Chief People Officer at Frazier & Deeter, Shawn Minard is responsible for establishing and implementing HR strategies that support the firm’s mission and business objectives while driving company culture and employee experience. Contributing over 15 years of experience in HR, Shawn’s expertise encompasses leadership development, talent management, talent acquisition, learning strategy, performance management, organizational design, employee experience, change management and feedback & coaching.
Shawn’s strong background in career development and organizational structure is fundamental in leading and maintaining the firm’s Learning & Development program and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Shawn supports the executive team at FD by leading the company’s compensation, incentives, benefits and wellness strategy while functioning as a strategic business advisor regarding key organizational and management issues.
Before joining FD, Shawn served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Ultimate Kronos Group. During his tenure, Shawn led an HR Business Partner team he served as the primary partner to multiple executive committee members. He has also held director and management level roles in talent management and learning & development.
