Experience

Patrick Crouch is a Partner in the Assurance & Advisory Practice of Frazier & Deeter. He works primarily with large and middle-market technology and professional service companies in the public and private sectors and specializes in complex revenue recognition, equity transactions and stock-based compensation.

Patrick has extensive experience performing audits of public and IPO companies. He is also a member of the firm’s Accounting and Risk Advisory Services Practice, which specializes in assisting large and mid-sized public company clients with complex accounting and financial reporting issues.

Upon joining FD, Patrick spent two summers as an Audit Intern with the firm, where he then began full-time as an Audit Associate in 2008. While working as a Senior Associate, he participated in an exchange program in Munich, Germany in 2009. There, Patrick drafted pro forma financial statements and MD&A to be included in a private placement memo. After spending nine years in the firm’s Atlanta office, Patrick relocated to Tampa in 2017, where he was shortly promoted to Audit Partner in 2018.
