    Experience

    Patrick Crouch is a Partner in the Assurance & Advisory practice of Frazier & Deeter, where he works with both public and private companies primarily in the middle-market. Patrick’s expertise encompasses technology, construction, transportation and logistics, real estate and manufacturing and distribution. Within these industries, he focuses on providing audits, reviews and compilations. Patrick specializes in complex revenue recognition, lease accounting, equity transactions and stock-based compensation. He also assists large and mid-sized public company clients with complex accounting and financial reporting issues.

    Patrick works closely with FD’s Transaction Advisory Services group to service the needs of private equity groups and private equity-backed companies. This collaboration helps his clients when going through an acquisition or an exit. He further works with registered investment advisers, who have custody of client funds, to meet their compliance obligations with the SEC and FINRA.

    After spending nearly ten years in the firm’s Atlanta office, Patrick relocated to Tampa in 2017.
