Experience

Patrick Crouch, an Audit Partner, is a member of the Assurance and Advisory Services Practice of Frazier & Deeter. He works primarily with large and middle-market technology and professional service companies in both the public and private sector.

Patrick primarily assists with performing assurance functions including audits and reviews. His specialties include complex revenue recognition, equity transactions and stock –based compensation. Patrick has extensive experience performing audits of public companies and IPO companies.

Additionally, Patrick is a member of the firm’s Accounting and Risk Advisory Services practice which specializes in assisting large and mid-sized public company clients with complex accounting and financial reporting issues. He specializes in turnaround consulting, transaction advisory and the preparation of MD&A and pro forma financial statements.

In 2009, Patrick participated in an exchange program in Munich, Germany. While working in Munich for a month, Patrick drafted pro forma financial statements and MD&A to be included in a private placement memo.

Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter full-time in 2008, Patrick spent two summers interning with the firm’s assurance and advisory practice.
