Skilled in building solid business solutions based on methodologies and engineering principles, he is a complex problem solver who uses forward-thinking solutions in integrating technologies and managing projects. His industry experience includes professional services, AdTech and FinTech.

Before joining the firm, Biju was the Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Cardlytics, Manager of IT Operations for Vertafore, Operations Manager at ImageRight, Technology Team Lead at Spherion/GE and Technology Supervisor at Client Logic. His extensive expertise includes leading merger & acquisition processes, taking start-up companies through IPO processes while meeting regulatory requirements and acting as the architect for various SaaS-based solutions.
