Yuko Lynch, CPA

Experience

As a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk and Governance (PRG) Practice, Yuko Lynch is responsible for internal audit, risk assessment, process improvement and SOX compliance. She works with various industry groups at the firm, primarily in agriculture. She has additional expertise in financial and internal control audits and technical advisory projects including ASC 660 and 842. 

Before joining FD, Yuko was an audit manager at Deloitte, where she provided audit services to public and private. She also led both virtual and in-person training classes as a participant in their instructor program. Before her time at Deloitte, she gained experience with high-net-worth, estate and trust clients as a Tax Associate at Holden & Parker. Yuko has further experience in customer account support and translating, as she is fluent in Japanese.
