    Experience

    As a Senior Tax Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Department, Thomas Yam has over 10 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, specifically with passthrough focus groups. He works with clients within the manufacturing and distribution industry space, where he is known for his authenticity and superb client service. This has led Thomas to build strong, lasting relationships with his clients. 

    Before joining FD, Thomas served as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for Reliant Real Estate Management. In his role, he analyzed the financial strength of business units for business decisions, calculated investors’ quarterly and monthly distributions and interpreted relevant legal documents such as operating agreements and purchase-sale agreements. Thomas also served as a Senior Tax Manager at CBIZ MHM, LLC, where he executed tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and individuals. In this role, he coordinated work assignments and improved workflow efficiency.
