Experience

As a Manager in the Tax Department of Frazier & Deeter, Sumit works with clients to provide federal, international, and multi-state tax consulting and compliance services for flow-through entities and individuals.

Sumit is a member of the Real Estate Tax Services Group where he serves clients in retail, residential and industrial real estate development. Sumit also works with foreign investors with U.S. inbound investments as well as a large number of expatriated U.S. citizens living and working abroad. Furthermore, he provides comprehensive tax planning and consulting services to both business and individual clients.

Prior to joining Frazier and Deeter, Sumit spent three years working for the Internal Revenue Service helping small business and self-employed taxpayers comply with federal tax law.
