    Experience

    Scott Melton is a Senior Manager in the Assurance & Advisory Practice of Frazier & Deeter, with a focus on serving the Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Services Practice. Contributing over 10 years of experience, Scott specializes in providing audit and business advisory services to clients with employee benefit plans of all sizes.  

    His experience includes managing plan audits for all plan types, including 401(k), defined benefit plans, welfare benefit plans and 403(b) plans. He also plays an integral role in the firm’s Form 5500 preparation process and provides advisory services with respect to the requirements of DOL, IRS and ERISA compliance.   

    Scott’s industry expertise is focused on financial services, hospitality, real estate and staffing.
