    Experience

    Reid Blalock is a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Assurance & Advisory Practice. He provides clients with services related to financial statement audits and reviews. Since joining the firm, Reid has worked with a variety of clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of a broad range of industries, including technology, energy, manufacturing & distribution, construction, retail, real estate and hospitality.

    Reid has extensive experience performing assurance procedures related to complex equity transactions, consolidations, acquisitions, revenue recognition, internal controls and technical accounting guidance. He has helped facilitate multiple new client relationships for the firm, including a multi-billion dollar publicly traded technology client.

    Reid has a leadership position within several industry groups inside FD, including the Technology and Construction industry groups. He is involved in several strategic firm initiatives, including updating the audit methodology, recruiting, enabling firm growth strategies and training and development.
