As a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Rasheedah Luqman contributes nearly ten years of public accounting experience to the firm. Her tax expertise includes planning and projections, compliance and preparation of returns. Throughout her career, Rasheedah has worked with clients in a variety of industries such as high-net-worth, film/entertainment, service and nonprofit.
In addition to her role within Tax, Rasheedah is a member of FD’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, primarily serving as the coordinator for the multiyear partnership with the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE). The goal of the committee is to create a sustainable culture that embodies DEI internally and externally.
Before joining the firm, Rasheedah worked as a Sales & Use Tax Auditor for the Georgia Department of Revenue. There, she helped audit, examine and analyze accounting records to determine compliance with Georgia tax code. She also researched tax issues and supported audit positions with laws, regulations and court cases.
