    As a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Practice, Rasheedah Luqman contributes eight years of public accounting experience. Rasheedah’s tax expertise includes tax planning and projections, tax compliance and preparation of tax returns. Throughout her career, Rasheedah has worked with clients in a variety of industries such as high-net-worth, film & entertainment, S-corporations, service industries and non-profits.

    In addition to her role within the Tax Department, Rasheedah is one of the leaders of Frazier & Deeter’s Diversity & Inclusion program serving as the Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The goal of this role is to create a sustainable culture that embodies diversity, equity and inclusion internally and externally.

    Prior to joining the firm, Rasheedah worked as a sales and use tax auditor for the Georgia Department of Revenue, where she helped audit, examine and analyze accounting records to determine compliance with Georgia tax code. She also researched tax issues and supported audit positions with laws, regulations and court cases.
