Natalie Born is a Principal Consultant with Arch + Tower, an FD Company, and member of Frazier & Deeter’s Advisory Practice. She specializes in helping businesses develop and implement effective strategies to exceed their goals, grow their topline revenue and achieve award-winning results.
Natalie’s work extends across 18 countries, demonstrating her versatility and ability to navigate the complexities of global business operations. She has collaborated on two approved US patents and has over two decades of experience leading product development, strategy and innovation teams. She has worked with organizations such as CareerBuilder, First Data (now Fiserv), IHG and ADP.
In addition to being a keynote speaker and the media and podcast host for Thrive Today, Natalie is the host of a top 25 innovation podcast, Innovation Meets Leadership, that is listened to in over 80 countries. In 2023, she authored her first book, “Set It on Fire: The Art of Innovation.”
