Experience

Manager Morgan Ruggiero is a member of Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk & Governance (PRG) Practice specializing in internal controls, compliance, risk mitigation and process improvement. Morgan performs internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, SOX assessments and testing and SOC 1 and 2 examination procedures.  

Before joining PRG full-time, she spent nearly 5 years specializing in forensic and special matters, participating in forensic financial analysis in a variety of matters, including fraud investigation, contract dispute, calculation of damages and lost profits, restructuring proceedings and financial misstatement.
