    Audit Partner Emeritus Mark Kingery joined Frazier & Deeter in 2014 as part of the firm’s merger with Kingery & Crouse, P.A. His expertise with audit, accounting and advisory services for public and privately held companies has allowed him to successfully focus on growing the Tampa practice.

    As a former founder of Kingery & Crouse, Mark and his team shared a vision to build a firm focused on the core values of integrity, teamwork and client service. They developed the practice into one of the well-respected full-service CPA firms in the Tampa Bay area from 1998 to 2014.

    Prior to his work with FD and Kingery & Crouse, Mark spent nine years in the Audit and Middle Market Services departments of Deloitte. While there, he provided auditing and accounting services to both private and public entities, as well as employee benefit plans. In addition, he gained significant experience with consolidations, external reporting, acquisitions and related due diligence. Mark’s primary clientele included contractors, real estate developers, manufacturers and distributors.
