Experience

As a Tax Partner at Frazier & Deeter, LeighAnn Costley focuses on tax strategy and compliance services for closely held businesses, corporate executives and other high-net-worth individuals as well as multiple generation family entities and trusts. She specializes in providing tax planning opportunities to minimize corporate, fiduciary and personal income tax liabilities. LeighAnn also consults on estate and gift tax planning, charitable planning and business succession planning.

LeighAnn brings her corporate clients over 20 years of tax experience in the manufacturing, real estate, construction, technology and professional services industries. Within these, she has served a broad range of publicly traded and privately held companies.

As one of the co-chairs of Frazier & Deeter’s Women’s Initiative, LeighAnn is actively involved in planning and delivering thought leadership events for female executives and business owners in the community. She further supports internal and external programs to help women achieve their professional development and financial objectives.

Before joining the firm, LeighAnn was a Principal with UHY Advisors and a Director with Deloitte.
