Experience

Kelli Gillis is a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk, & Governance (PRG) practice specializing in internal controls, compliance, risk mitigation and process improvement. Kelli performs internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, and SOX and assessment and testing. She works with various industry groups, including Technology, Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing & Distribution and Transportation & Logistics.

Kelli brings nearly 15 years of expertise in external audit, including extensive experience with PCAOB standards and SEC requirements. Her career includes serving as a Director in National Assurance with a focus on audit quality.

Before joining FD, Kelli served as an Inspections Specialist with the PCAOB. She began her career at a Big Four firm, where she provided audit client service to both public and non-public companies in various industries.
