Experience

Mr. Haidet is a Principal in FD Fund Administration’s Private Equity practice. He focuses on back and middle office functions, including fund accounting, financial reporting and compliance. His experience includes coordinating settlements, managing post-trade activity, drafting and reviewing related documentation and accounting for a variety of investment types, including investments in Par/Near Par and Distressed debt, DTC and Euroclear positions and private stock and bonds. Additionally, he is well-versed in the complexities associated with investments in companies going through bankruptcy or reorganization.

Before joining FD Fund Administration, Mr. Haidet worked as the Senior Manager of Operations for a registered investment adviser which had over $8 billion in assets under management at its peak. The private funds managed by the adviser specialized in investments primarily in debt of distressed companies, companies undergoing bankruptcy or reorganization and special situations. Mr. Haidet began his career in public accounting as an auditor at KPMG. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Accounting & Management Information Systems, from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
