Jeremy Miller, CPA

Experience

Jeremy Miller is a Principal in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Department where he contributes ten years of experience to the firm. Jeremy’s main areas of specialization at the firm include tax planning and compliance work, tax research and strategy, inbound tax strategy, outbound tax strategy, GILTI and Subpart F analysis and ASC740. He works closely with various industry groups, specifically construction, real estate, services and technology. Additionally, Jeremy’s expertise includes international tax and passthrough tax.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy served as a Tax Principal at REDW LLC where he managed a large book of business across various industries. He was involved in the firm’s growth and strategy leadership team where he helped start and grow an outsourcing team in the Philippines. Additionally, Jeremy held the position of Global Tax Services Director at CLA where he oversaw the southwest region of the firm’s Global Tax Services Group, worked on internal review of international tax filings and worked on a variety of international tax research projects.
