As a Director in FD’s People & Culture department, Elyse Powell oversees the firm’s employee experience, managing relations, performance and total rewards. She brings over 15 years of experience in talent development and human resources.
Before joining FD, Elyse served at a leading global HCM company, where she managed a team responsible for enterprise career growth and development for a workforce of over 15,000 employees. Her responsibilities included the implementation of skill development programs, career pathing, performance reviews, people analytics and organizational health initiatives.
Elyse is certified as a PHR, PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and Luma Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design.
