    As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax Department, Dave Kim brings an extensive amount of knowledge of professional tax and over ten years of public accounting experience. Throughout his career, his experience includes tax planning, compliance, advisory and review of international tax strategies to clients from the fortune 500 to privately held businesses. He also has considerable experience in leading and executing value chain analysis and legal review for tax implications on pending transactions.

    Dave has worked with clients in a variety of industries, such as technology, retail and manufacturing & distribution. Prior to joining the firm, Dave served as an international tax director, where he was a leader in US global tax planning. He also held positions at AON, Grant Thornton and KPMG.
