Experience

As a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk and Governance (PRG) Practice, Cyrus Rattler collaborates with clients to assess, design, improve and implement processes and controls to achieve regulatory compliance, higher profitability and to streamline business. Additionally, Cyrus is responsible for regulatory compliance, corporate policies, inventory management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, risk assessments, process narratives, process flowcharts, process control and design implementation, business advisory and BSA/OFAC/FCPA compliance. He lends his vast expertise to various industry groups including construction, manufacturing & distribution, agriculture and financial services.

Prior to joining FD, Cyrus worked as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young’s Forensic and Integrity Services Staff where he managed anti-money laundering engagements and various tasks related to project efficiency.
