As a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s tax department, Courtney Mishoe is responsible for the compliance of partnership, S corporation, trust and individual tax returns. She also provides specialized tax and accounting services to privately-held businesses and their owners and executives. Her emphasis is on consulting and compliance for closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals, where she focuses attention on planning opportunites to minimize personal, trust, and estate tax liabilities.

Courtney has worked with clients in a variety of industries that include healthcare, real estate, construction, manufacturing & distribution, professional services, restaurants and entertainment.

As a leader in Frazier & Deeter’s Closely Held and High Net-Worth Services Group, Courtney consults on sophisticated planning techniques. She has been instrumental in communicating tax planning opportunities relating to new tax laws and regulations. She acts as a liaison between her clients and their wealth management and financial planning teams to support the overall financial objectives of her clients.

Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Courtney worked at a regional public accounting firm where she focused on compliance and comprehensive tax planning for closely held businesses and their owners.
