    As a Principal in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax practice, Charli Traylor plays a key role in the firm’s Tax operations while also acting as the leader of the firm’s Entertainment practice. She helps film and other entertainment companies navigate the tax incentives of Georgia and other jurisdictions, both in the U.S. and abroad.

    Charli provides thought leadership for the Entertainment practice, monitoring emerging legislation that has implications for the industry.

    Charli also serves as COO for the Tax department, managing daily operations and overseeing the learning and development initiatives of the tax professionals across all the firm’s U.S. offices.

    Charli regularly delivers presentations on technical tax topics to graduate students at her alma mater, Georgia State University.
