Frazier and Deeter, the nation’s 77th largest CPA firm, adds new leadership role, increasing depth to large public company, healthcare and technology practices in Nashville
Frazier & Deeter, a nationally recognized CPA and advisory firm, announced today that Jason Meadows has been appointed Managing Partner of the firm’s Nashville practice.
Frazier & Deeter merged with Work & Greer, Nashville’s #22 accounting firm, on May 31st.

Jason has been with Frazier & Deeter since 2001, most recently acting as head of the firm’s Tax Department. His areas of expertise include private equity and venture capital-backed companies during all stages of their development. Jason serves some of the Frazier & Deeter’s largest healthcare and technology clients and also has a significant amount of public company experience.
Jason has also provided consulting services regarding corporate and partnership equity compensation, mergers & acquisitions and business restructuring. In addition, Jason has extensive experience in FAS 109 for both public and private companies.
