Private Equity 360 |The Corporate Transparency Act

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) will have significant reporting and compliance impact on the private equity industry and their portfolio companies. Many private equity firms are not fully aware and are not prepared for the impact of this law and significant penalties for non-compliances.
