With over two decades of experience as a consultant, author, keynote speaker and podcaster, Born’s expertise will help the firm continue to empower businesses with innovation and leadership solutions.
Born is a multifaceted professional with an impressive track record in the fields of innovation, leadership and product development. She is the host of the Innovation Meets Leadership podcast, which ranks among the top 25 innovation podcasts and is listened to in over 80 countries. Additionally, she hosts the podcast Thrive Today, a valuable resource for women in leadership. This year, Born also debuted her book, “Set It on Fire: The Art of Innovation,” which has garnered attention and praise for its insightful approach to fostering innovation in today’s dynamic business landscape.
