Firm adds three new Audit partners, as well as partners to Process, Risk & Governance and Tax practices.
Atlanta, GA —Frazier & Deeter, a nationally ranked top 60 CPA firm, is pleased to announce that five members of the firm have been named to Partner.
Ashley Babinchak, Patrick Crouch, Gina Gondron, Robert Soares and Sasan Zamani were each elected to Partner. Babinchak, Crouch and Soares have become partners in the firm’s Audit Practice. Gondron is a partner in the Process, Risk & Governance Practice and Zamani is the newest partner in the Tax Practice.

Ashley Babinchak, CPA, has more than 12 years of public accounting experience and is the leader of the firm’s Audit Practice in Nashville, Tennessee. She is primarily responsible for providing assurance services to clients, specifically coordinating and executing financial statement audits and reviews. Ashley specializes in the industries of manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology and professional services. She received her Master of Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, from Mercer University and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Oglethorpe University. She plays a leadership role in the firm’s Nashville office.
Patrick Crouch, CPA, has 10 years of experience in public accounting. He plays a leadership role within the firm’s Technology Practice and is part of the audit team for Frazier & Deeter’s Tampa office. He specializes in complex revenue recognition, equity transactions, and stock–based compensation. He also has extensive experience performing audits of both public and private companies. He received his Master of Accountancy in Audit from the University of Georgia and Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business Administration from the Rhodes College in Tennessee.
Gina Gondron, CIA, CISA, has more than 10 years of advisory experience and is a member of the firm’s Atlanta office. Gina leads the delivery of IT audit and advisory services to clients across a variety of industries with emphasis in healthcare and technology. Her specialties include leading audits of IT general controls, SOC examinations, and assessments across a variety of compliance and control frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 27000, GDPR, NIST, and cybersecurity). Gina received her Master in Business Administration from The University of Georgia and Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Decisions Sciences with a concentration in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University.
Robert Soares, CPA, has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in performing attest engagements for privately held businesses and has significant experience in servicing publicly traded companies. His clients cross numerous industries including construction, contracting, franchisors, manufacturing, professional services and hospitality. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University and is member of the firm’s Tampa office.
Sasan Zamani, CPA, has 11 years of experience in public accounting. Sasan specializes in corporate tax planning and compliance, income tax, partnership tax and transaction advisory services. He serves clients in a variety of industries, specifically healthcare, technology, private equity, manufacturing & distribution and professional services. He received his Master of Taxation from Georgia State University and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from Auburn University. Sasan serves a leadership role in the firm’s Nashville office.
