Senior Tax Manager michael.sute@frazierdeeter.com Experience Michael Sute is a Senior Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Large Business group. He has extensive experience serving large and middle market clients. These services include federal, state and local tax compliance, income tax provision (FAS 109) preparation/review and various consulting services. He also has experience in servicing the income tax reporting and consulting needs to closely help corporations and individuals. Michael works closely with the Personal Financial Services group to ensure the needs of the business are met and the opportunities necessary to maximize overall shareholder/owner value are addressed. Additionally, Michael specializes in managing state and local tax issues for his clients. These services include, but are not limited to, items such as nexus studies, taxability matrixes, sales and use tax research, compliance and consulting projects. Michael’s past experience includes serving as Director of Tax Methods and Procedures for a large telecommunications tax outsourcing firm. Michael oversaw the processes and tax methodology needed to automate the preparation and filing of over 40,000 various telecommunication tax returns per month.
