Experience
Kirsten Marshall joined Frazier & Deeter, LLC as an Associate in 1997. She specializes in working with closely-held businesses and their owners in a variety of industries including professional services, retail, technology, real estate and construction.

Kirsten has extensive experience with the preparation and review of complex individual income tax returns and partnership tax returns. Working closely with business owners, Kirsten coordinates and analyzes clients’ financial information and provides comprehensive income and estate tax planning strategies and compliance needs.

Kirsten also has experience with Family Foundations and tax preparation and planning strategies for high net worth individuals.

Kirsten is also responsible for training and assisting staff on tax and compliance engagements.
