A. TODD LATOURETTE, CPA Audit Manager todd.latourette@frazierdeeter.com Experience As an Audit Manager, Todd Latourette is responsible for clients’ assurance needs and directs day–to-day operations of audits, reviews and compilations, as well as helping with the preparation of financial statements, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (USGAAP). Todd has significant experience performing assurance work in a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, public utilities, hospitality and finance. He is a member of Frazier & Deeter’s IFRS Group, Real Estate Services Group and Construction Services Group, which deals with construction and hospitality engagements. Todd has worked with a variety of institutions thereby developing a comprehensive understanding of the business and industry, consulting with upper management, project management, developing innovative business practices, and assessing client risks. He also has experience dealing with companies with foreign affiliates, international companies, and the related knowledge of international accounting standards and accounting principles necessary for USGAAP reporting.
