Her emphasis is on high net-worth consulting and compliance. Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter, Kelly worked in the International Assignment Services Division at Deloitte and Touche, LLP. Her primary duties were individual consulting and compliance for expatriates and inpatriates. She also prepared compensation details for SEC clients.
