Partner billy.daniel@frazierdeeter.com Experience As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter's audit and assurance practice Billy Daniel's primary focus is assisting multi-national companies with SEC reporting and technical accounting issues, such as business combinations, restructurings, international finance and general accounting. Billy's areas of expertise and experience lie within a variety of industries, including transportation, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance and telecommunications. Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter in 2007, Billy worked as an External Reporting Controller for United Parcel Service and also has 10 years of experience working for Big 4 accounting firms, both internationally and here in the U.S. He worked on The Coca-Cola Company engagement as a senior manager and also spent two years in Brussels , Belgium managing U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting.
