BARBARA S. BORCZAK, CPA
Senior Tax Manager barbara.borczak@frazierdeeter.com Experience Barbara Borczak is responsible for providing a wide range of specialized tax services to corporate and individual clients of Frazier & Deeter, LLC. Her depth of tax knowledge includes international matters as well as industry specific experience in real estate, professional services, manufacturing, retail and distribution. As an active member of the firm's Real Estate and Professional Services Groups she has worked on a variety of client engagements. Her areas of expertise are partnership taxation, consolidation and affiliated corporate groups and resident and non-resident foreign tax payer issues. Barbara also provides accounting services and researches tax treatments of specific transactions. Before joining Frazier & Deeter, she spent two years working with a big five firm and two years with a local firm gaining tax and accounting experience.
