Nexus studies are also valuable for tax planning purposes.

This webinar topics include:

  • Nexus – defining the concept and a state’s ability to tax
  • Who needs a nexus study?
  • The issues
  • Evolving state nexus policies
  • What’s involved
  • Benefits of a nexus study
