As a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Practice, Travis assists private equity groups and corporations in all aspects of middle-market merger and acquisition transactions. Transactions include both buy-side and sell-side engagements, with transaction values generally ranging from $10 million to $250 million. Areas of focus include quality of earnings, quality of net assets, networking capital methodology, and purchase price adjustments. Travis services clients in a variety of industries, including real estate and construction, manufacturing and distribution, technology and life sciences, and professional services.

Prior to joining Frazier & Deeter’s Transaction Advisory Practice, Travis provided assurance services to large and middle market companies in the public and private sectors. Travis has experience in many areas of financial accounting, including SEC reporting, revenue recognition, derivatives, business combinations, impairments of long-lived assets and complex debt and equity financing transactions.
